• Communications: Emails or messages you send to us.

Information Collected Automatically

• Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, date/time of visits.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our Service.

• Contact Requests: When a trainee submits a contact request, the coach receives the trainee's name, email, phone number, age, gender, and message.
• Reviews: Reviews (including reviewer name, rating, and review content) are publicly displayed on coach profiles.
• Service Providers: We share data with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and email service providers.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

• We retain your account information for as long as your account is active.

• Coach profiles and associated reviews may be retained in anonymized form after account deletion for platform integrity.
